Independent advisory practice

Operating judgement, not advice by analogy.

Leadership and corporate development, digital and software communications, and telecom infrastructure — advised by people who have run them.

Track record

What has actually been run

P&L ownership

Businesses carried end to end, through the quarters that did not go to plan.

Sales and go-to-market

Commercial organisations built, restructured and led — not advised from outside them.

M&A and joint ventures

Deals structured and negotiated, then integrated: the part that decides whether they worked.

Restructuring

Cost bases reset without hollowing out what made the business worth keeping.

Regulatory strategy

Positions argued where the outcome shaped the market, not only the licence.

Network and platform build

Fiber, towers and spectrum, and the software layers that now set what a network is worth.

The practice

Two principals, equal billing

Both have held the accountability they now advise on. Neither is a career adviser who has only read about the decision.

Advisory focus

Three areas, one practice

01

Leadership & Corporate Development

Taken on where a board needs the decision made, not the options paper written.

P&L ownership · go-to-market leadership · M&A and joint ventures · post-merger integration · restructuring · regulatory strategy

02

Digital & Software Communications

For businesses whose product is now software, and whose org chart has not caught up.

AI-powered CX · SaaS and API platforms · CPaaS and omnichannel · fraud prevention · IoT and eSIM · mobility and roaming enablement

03

Telecom Infrastructure

Where the capital decision and the technology decision are the same decision.

FTTH and fiber · wireless towers and spectrum · mobile network sharing · private networks · cloud-enabled edge and data centre

How engagements are structured

Writing

We publish the reasoning, not the conclusions.

Judgement is difficult to demonstrate in a credentials list. It is easier to show by writing about the decisions that are genuinely hard, and letting the reader decide whether the thinking holds.
