The company identified above publishes this site and is responsible for its content. Editorial responsibility for the essays and for the descriptions of the practice rests with the two directors jointly; each essay carries its author.

If something here is wrong, the fastest route to a correction is an email to contact@gennoor.ai quoting the page it appears on.

The essays and the descriptions of the practice are general commentary, published to show how the practice thinks. They are not legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting or regulatory advice, they are not written for any particular company's circumstances, and they should not be relied on as a substitute for advice that is.

No adviser, client or fiduciary relationship arises from reading this site, from writing to the address on it, or from a first conversation. An engagement exists only once it has been agreed in writing, on its own terms.

The site is compiled with care, but it is not a live record. Each essay reflects what was known and argued at the date it carries: its figures, regulatory references and market descriptions are not revised afterwards, and some will have been overtaken. The date on a piece is part of its meaning, and is published for that reason.

No warranty is given that the site is complete, current or uninterrupted, and pages may be changed, moved or withdrawn without notice.

Where the site links out — to the principals' LinkedIn profiles, to the Gennoor company page, or to sources cited in an essay — those destinations are outside the practice's control. Links were sound when published. Their content is the responsibility of whoever operates them, a link is not an endorsement, and following one takes you onto a site with its own terms and its own privacy notice.

The essays, the wording of the site and its design are © Gennoor BV, all rights reserved. Two things are expressly permitted, and do not need to be asked for:

• Quotation. Short extracts, quoted accurately, with the author named and a link back to the essay on this site.
• Linking. Any link to any page here, including deep links to individual essays.

Written permission is required for anything further — republication of a whole essay, translation, redistribution in a newsletter or report, and the use of this site's text to train, fine-tune or evaluate machine-learning models. Requests go to contact@gennoor.ai and are usually straightforward.

Third-party material

The typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 — Newsreader (Production Type) and Inter (Rasmus Andersson). Company names and marks belonging to others appear only as references to those organisations.

This site is informational. Nothing is sold, ordered, booked or paid for through it, there is no account to open and no form to submit — the one action it invites is an email. No consumer contract is therefore concluded at a distance through this site, and no right of withdrawal arises from using it.

Independent advisory work of the kind described here is not a regulated profession in Belgium. The practice holds no professional licence, belongs to no professional order with a binding code of conduct, and is not subject to an authorisation or ombudsman scheme that would have to be named here.

Where a mandate touches a regulated activity — a board seat in a supervised sector, for instance — the obligations that come with it are handled in the terms of that engagement, not on this page.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States) and served through its European edge network. Each page is assembled when it is requested, from text and images held in a content management system operated by Sanity AS (Norway). That system is read by the server, never by your browser: requesting a page here sends nothing from your device to it, or to anyone else.

There is no database of visitors behind the site, no reader account and no contact form. Editing the site requires a login, which only the two directors hold.

What that means for personal data — which requests are logged, for how long, and what the analytics do and do not see — is set out in the privacy notice.

Use of this site, and these notices, are governed by Belgian law. The courts with jurisdiction are those of the company's registered office, [TO CONFIRM — judicial district of the registered office, e.g. the courts of Ghent].

If you are a consumer, none of this removes the protection of the mandatory law of your own country of residence, or your right to bring proceedings before its courts where that law gives you one.
